Using MyNine

By using MyNine, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age and eligibility

You may use MyNine only if you are 18 years old or older and meet applicable legal requirements. You must not misrepresent your age.

Prohibited conduct

You must not threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, defraud or impersonate anyone; share unlawful or non-consensual intimate material; engage in exploitation; distribute malware or spam; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; or break the law.

Safety in live conversations

You connect with strangers at your own discretion. Do not share passwords, financial details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. Other users may independently record or capture a conversation. Leave a conversation if you feel unsafe.

Camera and microphone

Video chat may require browser permission to use your camera and microphone. You can manage permissions in your device or browser settings and are responsible for having permission to show others appearing in your camera view.

Payments

Where paid access is offered, the price, duration and material conditions shown at checkout apply. Stripe may process payments. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Clear cancellation and refund terms should be displayed at checkout.

Restrictions and availability

MyNine may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, address abuse, maintain security or comply with law. The service may change or be interrupted and no particular match or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Use of MyNine is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
